Dear Parents and Carers,

Have a chat to your children about their report cards!

This week you would have received your child’s report card on the Parent Portal. I always think it’s a worthwhile exercise sitting down with your child and having a chat about their results.

Here are a few discussion points you may consider:

• Which result do you feel most proud of?
• Which result would you like to improve on next year?
• What was your favourite subject? Why?
• Which subject have you found the most challenging? Why? How did you overcome these challenges?
• What surprised you on your report card?
• What is an area you’d like to work on next year?
• If you were to write your own general comment, what would it say?
