Dear Parents & Caregivers

May Statements
Statements for May were issued last week. Please ensure that Term 2 fees for 2025 have been paid in full, unless you have an approved payment plan in place.

Extracurricular Activities
Please take a moment to review your statement for any outstanding charges related to extracurricular activities, such as Chess Club, sporting competitions, and similar programs. These fees are separate from your regular school fees and levies, and we kindly ask that they be paid in addition to your standard term charges.

For Families paying by Direct Debit, Direct Credit or Agreed Payment Plan
If your account is up to date, in credit, or you’re currently on a payment plan, no further action is required at this time. However, we do recommend reviewing your statement to ensure all transactions are accurate.

As a friendly reminder, we kindly ask that all fees covered under direct debit, direct credit or payment plans be finalised by the week beginning 6th October 2025.
