Middle Leader News

Dear Parents and Carers,

As we approach the end of the semester, we're pleased to share that student report cards have been published to the Parent Portal. These reports offer a snapshot of your child’s progress, achievements, and areas for growth across all learning areas.

We encourage you to take the time to review your child’s results together—celebrating successes and discussing goals for the term ahead. Remember, report cards are just one of many tools we use to support your child’s learning and development. They’re a prompt for rich conversations, reflection, and planning between students, parents, and teachers.

Teachers look forward to meeting with all parents during Week 1 of Term 3 to discuss student progress further.  If you have not yet booked an Parent Teacher Interview time, please do so via the Sentral App.

I would also like to take the time to acknowledge and congratulate some award winners from this term.  Students who achieved mostly A’s and B’s on their report cards received an Academic Achievement Certificate in front of their class on Thursday. The amount of students who were recognised with a certificate was outstanding and a testament to the hard work and commitment these students put in, along side their parents and teachers.

We also recognised some of our students who made significant progress in one or more learning areas throughout Semester One with our Progress Phoenix Award. These students are also to be congratulated for their commitment to learning.  We look forward to watching all students grow and progress in their learning in Semester 2.
