School Photo Day:

School Photo Day is being held on Monday, August 1.  School Photos this year are once again being taken by MSP Photography.

Individual student envelopes have been sent home today with your child.  These envelopes have a unique Shootkey printed on them.  This Shootkey allows access to ordering your photos online.  If you order online, using the student's Shootkey, multiple orders may be placed for your  child.  Envelopes need to be returned to your child's teacher prior to Photo Day or handed directly to the Photographers on school photo day, not the office.

Cash payments:-  If parents require separate envelopes, an additonal blank envelope can be requested from the school office.  

Sibling Photos:-  Sibling Photo envelopes are available from the office if you would like to order a Sibling Photo.  Please collect an envelope prior to photo day.  

Pupil Free Day:

Catholic Education Week Bishop's Inservice Day is a Pupil Free Day for all students in the Catholic Diocese.  This year the Bishop's Inservice Day is being held on Friday, July 29, therefore there will be no school on this day.  St Saviour's Outside School Care is providing care on this day.  Please see information attached to today's Newsletter regarding bookings.

Parking:

REMINDERS-

• No parking in the Prep carpark unless you have a Prep child attending Prep
• No parking on the footpaths in Perth Street or in front of driveways of residents 
• No parking in the Bus Zones 
• Lawrence Street parking - please be mindul of parking your car in the angle parks and reversing at drop off and pick up.  No parking in the Boarding School driveway

School Crossings:

Please remember to cross safely at the signed pedestrian crossings in Perth and Lawrence Streets.  Both crossings are controlled morning and afternoon by a School Crossing Supervisor.  Neil Street pedestrian crossing is not supervised. 

Calendar:

Please refer to the Calendar on the Parent Portal which provides up to date information on term dates, special events, and pupil free days, which are useful when trying to organise and plan ahead.

Absentees:

All absentees need to be reported to the school office no later than 9.00 am each day.  This can be done via the Portal, over the phone or email to the office.  If you email your child's teacher to report an absentee, please also advise the office, as often classroom teachers do not get to check emails until their break times.

School Fees:

Term 3 School Fees will be emailed home in Week 2. This is the last fee run for the 2022 school year. 

Year 5 and 6 Camp Bills will also be generated and emailed this week.

Skooldayz Uniform Shop:

Uniform Shop hours for Term 3 remain the same.

Monday afternoon:  2.30pm -4.00pm

Friday afternoon:  2.30pm - 4.00pm
