A copy of the following documentation must be provided to enrol your child:

  • Your child’s Birth Certificate or birth extract or equivalent identity documents.
  • Your child’s Immunisation Records.
  • Your child's Baptismal Certificate if they have been baptised.
  • Passport and Visa if the child was born overseas or Citizenship papers.
  • Visa and Passport for Permanent or Temporary Resident.
  • If neither parent was born in Australia, please provide copies of the parents Passport and/or Visa and/or Citizenship papers.
  • Any Family Court or other court orders.

The original copy of the birth certificate must be brought along to the interview for your child.

How does the enrolment process work?

Families can apply online using the Application for Enrolment Form available via https://enrol-ssp.twb.catholic.edu.au/enrolment-application/start and include the following documentation Birth, Immunisation, Baptismal certificates, any relevant VISA documentation and the latest report card if applicable. Please refer to the school website for information on the School Fees Process, Fees and Levies for the year, Policies and School Handbook.

Once the completed application has been received an interview time will be arranged with the family. Please bring the original copy of the birth certificate to the interview. Families will be given a tour of the school after the interview.

Following the interview, if your application is successful, the school will send an Acceptance Letter and Enrolment Contract to the family. Sometimes a second interview will be requested to help assist in the enrolment process. If no places are available you will be offered the opportunity to be placed on the waiting list.

The applicants will return the Enrolment Contract either accepting or declining the placement offer. If accepting the family returns the Enrolment Contract and $125 per child Enrolment Processing Fee (this is non-refundable) to confirm their child/ren’s position.  Please note that if the contract and fee are not returned to the school by the due date than your child/ren’s position may be given to other applicants.

Families enrolling in the current year will receive information about uniforms, book lists, classes, teachers and other school routines immediately after their Enrolment Contract and Fee have been given to the school.  Families enrolling for the following year will receive this information during term of the current school year after Book Lists have been finalised.

Families are welcome to phone the school at any time if they have any questions about the school.  Otherwise, we look forward to welcoming your family to our School Community.

Enrolling your child for Prep

What should I do if I think my child isn't ready to start Prep?

Most parents enrol their child in Prep at the Prep-eligible age - in the year they turn five by 30 June. However, parents still retain flexibility to enrol their child in Prep the following year, in the year they turn six by 30 June, giving consideration to the child's developmental, behavioural and emotional readiness for schooling. If you have questions or concerns about your child's readiness for Prep, speak to your child's Kindergarten teacher or contact the school.
